I had a fantastic stay at a cozy and impeccably clean albergue. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and accommodated. The location was perfect, and I appreciated that my furry friend was welcome too, with no extra charge. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, a pleasant surprise. Although there were minor downsides, like a misleading room description and a lackluster breakfast, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked how clean the rooms were and the friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and cozy. It was also a bonus to have a well-equipped kitchen and a delicious breakfast with a variety of food options. the location was key, being very close to the train station and conveniently positioned for those walking the Camino. One more advantage was the presence of a pleasant restaurant/bar nearby.
The noise from the nearby road was a bit bothersome at times. the room's description was a bit misleading regarding the availability of a private bathroom.

The place was warm and cosy, perfect for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was exceptional, with rooms and facilities being spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was conveniently situated near Santander ferry, making it easy to access.
The room description could be misleading, so it's important to double-check the details. there were some issues with the shared bathroom, as there were limited facilities for the number of guests.

We hit up El Sardinero Casino and it was lit, only 17 km away. The property was so dope, all clean and new. The staff was hella friendly and they even helped us plan our next turn-up spot. We couldn't ask for a better vibe, y'all!
If there's one thing we'd change, it's that we wished they had a sick party room with speakers and lights. We wanted to turn the heat up and have a crazy party night, but the place didn't have that lit option.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had impressive soundproofing. The location was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay at Albergue Piedad.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe with a wider variety of options.
